Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between La Lune ("Seller") on one side and the customer ("Buyer"), whose information is provided at the end of this agreement, on the other side.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to obtaining offers from producers for products that fit the price range determined by the Buyer based on product visuals generated by artificial intelligence and to the purchase of the products in line with the offer accepted by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND OFFER PROCESS
3.1. The Buyer creates a product request by entering the desired price range through the platform.
3.2. Producers submit their price offers for this request.
3.3. The Buyer accepts the most suitable offer among the offers presented and the relevant products are added to the cart.

ARTICLE 4 - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Agreement is deemed established when the Buyer approves the offer received from the producer and completes the payment process.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
5.1. The products are delivered to the Buyer by the producer within the specified period.
5.2. The delivery period and conditions are notified to the Buyer during order confirmation.
5.3. Shipping costs are borne by the producer.

ARTICLE 6 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
6.1. The Buyer makes payment based on the amount of the accepted offer.
6.2. Payment is made through the platform using secure payment methods.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
7.2. However, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products that are specially manufactured with AI or that contain personalized design features. This is clearly notified to the Buyer before the order.

ARTICLE 8 - WARRANTY AND RETURN
8.1. In the event of defective goods, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers shall apply.
8.2. The producer's period for handing the product over to cargo for delivery is 12 (twelve) days from the payment date.
8.3. The delivery process is tracked through two-step QR code verification for the Buyer and the Producer:
    - The Producer notifies the QR code through the application when the product is shipped.
    - The Buyer confirms delivery by scanning the QR code through the application when the product is received.
8.4. The Buyer has a total of 16 (sixteen) days from the payment date to confirm delivery by scanning the QR code.
8.5. The Buyer may cancel the order before the product is delivered.
8.6. After scanning the QR code, the Buyer may request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date pursuant to Law No. 6502.
8.7. Shipping and transportation costs arising during the product shipment and return process are borne by the Buyer and the Producer in their respective stages.
8.8. The return request is reported to the Platform, the Platform contacts the producer, and coordinates the return process.
8.9. The refund is made to the Buyer after the return is approved. The Platform reserves the right to deduct its commission amount.

ARTICLE 9 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer's personal data is protected under the applicable personal data protection legislation and is processed only for the purpose of performing this agreement.

ARTICLE 10 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise between the parties, an amicable solution is sought first in good faith; if no resolution is reached, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
