Return, Cancellation and Delivery Process
The product delivery and return process is managed through QR code verification in order to ensure the security of the parties and make the process transparent.
- For the producer: After payment is completed, the producer has 12 days to hand the product over to the cargo company. When the producer ships the product, the QR code is notified through the application.
- For the buyer: Once the product is received, the buyer must scan the QR code through the application to confirm delivery. The buyer has a total of 16 days from the payment date to do this.
- The buyer may cancel the order before the product is delivered.
- After scanning the QR code, the buyer may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
- If the buyer does not scan the QR code within the 16-day period, the payment is transferred directly to the producer on the first business day after that period ends.
- If the buyer receives the product but does not scan the QR code, a return request cannot be created. This protects both the platform and the producer.
- All shipping and transportation costs that arise during shipment and the return process are borne by the buyer and the producer in their respective stages.
- The return request is reported to the platform, and the platform coordinates the return process by contacting the producer.
- After the return is approved, the refund is made to the buyer. The platform reserves the right to deduct its commission amount.
